This policy explains how the personal data you give us when registering for the webinar is collected, used and protected, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

Joana Mourisco, nutritionist with professional licence 1819N, is the controller of the data collected through this site. For any privacy-related question you can contact us by email.

2. What data we collect

We collect the full name, email address and mobile number you enter in the registration form, along with a record of your consent (date and time). We may also collect aggregated technical browsing data that does not directly identify you.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used to manage your registration and send you the access link, reminders and the webinar recording. If you explicitly opt in, we may also send you content and information about services. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as consent remains valid and for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. After that period the data is securely deleted.

5. Sharing with third parties

Data may be processed by service providers handling email marketing, hosting and webinar streaming, always under contractual confidentiality and security guarantees. We never sell or transfer your data for third-party commercial purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as data portability and withdrawal of consent. You can exercise these rights by email and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

7. Cookies

This site only uses cookies strictly necessary for it to function. Should analytics or marketing cookies be used, your prior consent will be requested.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or improper disclosure.
